prof. doc. liu feng received his phd in materials science and engineering at the university of sheffield, and is a professor and doctoral tutor in school of materials science and engineering at xi’an jiaotong university. he is mainly engaged in research on synthesis, physical and chemical properties, and device performance of soft materials and functional nano-materials, and interdisciplinary research on structure and properties of soft materials, functional nano-materials, and supramolecular chemistry and physics. up till now, he has published more than 30 papers on top international journals such as “science”, “nat. commun.”, “j. am. chem. soc.”, “angew. chem. int. ed.” and etc., with 24 papers over 10.0 if and 17 h-factor. as the leader of projects, he is hosting 3 scientific research projects at national or ministerial level including one project granted by national natural science foundation of china, one international science and technology cooperation project of shaanxi province and so on. he has been elected as distinguished professor in “tengfei talents plan” of xi’an jiaotong university and “hundred-talent program” of shaanxi province in 2014.
