first, kong jie, party branch secretary of qmes led the party branch members to learn the spirit of the instructions given by general secretary xi jinping during his inspection in shaanxi, focusing on the significant proposal on ensuring stability in employment, financial operations, foreign trade, foreign investment, domestic investment and expectations. at the same time, party branch secretary kong jie conveyed the determination of protecting the ecology of the qinling mountains, the persistence in poverty alleviation and the encouragement of inheriting the spirit of "moving to western regions" of general secretary xi jinping. all party members expressed that they would rigorously accomplish each task to ensure normal teaching management during the epidemic prevention and control period.
